Post 163 is recruting young motivated people to be part of the Mooresville Fire Department Explorer Program. If your intrested please contact Chad Byers at (704) 235-5900.

The Mooresville Fire Department is offering a chance to be become a part of Explorer Post 163. This program is designed for youth to discover different careers in the fire service. The program will show great team-work and develop leadership skills.The explorer program is based on firefighter skills and knowledge that will greatly enhance your knowledge in becoming a firefighter.

Our Mission

To develop skills in the organization of the fire service. To prepare us as a post for our futures in the fire department.
